Job Description

Qualification: Graduate in Science /Commerce with MBA in Material Management or PGD in Material Management from reputed university. Experience: 10+ years of experience in storekeeping, inventory, logistic management. Well verse with Store Management, packaging, Loading & unloading functions, Asset management & Inventory Control function. Material management technique for Construction of Interior material in Project management. Well verse with SAP MM & PS Module & MS - Office. Communication Skills written & verbal in English, Hindi & Marathi is must. Job Description: Effective management of store operation in material receiving, inspection, storage, issuance & transfer of material as per company policy. Knowledge of SAP for MM & PS module is must. Maintain physical inventory of material & match with SAP system periodically. Knowledge of proper bookkeeping, Inventory & store management. Inspect deliveries of damage or discrepancies, report to vendor, user & accounting for reimbursements & record keeping. Responsible for assisting the store manager with day-to-day operations of the store, with a particular focus on inventory management and ensuring the smooth function. Taking physical inventory twice in year to cross check with the SAP inventory report. Ensure Bar code label printing & labeling on arrival of asset material in store. Ensure adequate record keeping & manage all documentation for transfer of material in inter-state & intra state with E-way bill & relevant documents processing compliance. Good knowledge of Scrap disposal procedure for all types of material. Control the functions and implement the processes by ensuring that all materials are received , disbursed , accrued , binned , issued , and dispatched , utilizing in the organization. Ensure project purchase assets need to be capitalize in co-ordination with account team on timely basis. Need to monitor/ control all projects & non-project store & inventory operation at Shirpur & Dhule Campuses.
