Assistant Manager- Solar

As an Assistant Manager - Solar, you will play a crucial role in leading cutting-edge solar, wind & BESS projects in the Noida / Bangalore / Hyderabad / Chennai / Mumbai regions. Your 6-8 years of experience in the renewable energy sector combined with a strong passion for renewables will enable you to contribute significantly to the Clean Energy Revolution. Your responsibilities will include managing solar, wind & BESS projects from inception to completion, overseeing design reviews & feasibility studies, conducting Energy Yield Assessments (EYA) and preparing Detailed Project Reports (DPRs), ensuring compliance with industry standards, and performing Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) sizing for various applications. To excel in this role, you should possess a B.E./B.Tech degree (M.E./M.Tech will be a plus) and have deep expertise in solar design (DC/AC), EYA, and BESS. Proficiency in Excel (including macros), MS Office, and data analysis tools is essential. Additionally, strong leadership and communication skills will be paramount for effectively leading project teams and stakeholders. Your must-have skills for this role include a solid understanding of Renewable Energy concepts, experience in Lenders Engineering, and proficiency in conducting Energy Yield Assessments (EYA).
