We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Assistant Manager - Sales Operations to optimize and streamline our end-to-end order processing across multiple sales channels, including the company website, Amazon, and dealer networks. This role is crucial in analyzing sales data, reducing costs, improving operational efficiency, and negotiating better pricing and vendor terms. Analyze order processing workflows to identify inefficiencies and implement productivity measures. Negotiate pricing with logistics partners and set up shipping rules to optimize expenses. Monitor sales trends and inventory movement to minimize overstock and stockouts. Identify opportunities for automation and process improvements in order management and inventory tracking. Manage website domestic/ international and dealer orders ensuring seamless processing and fulfillment. Oversee dealer order processing , including Proforma Invoice (PI) verification and order tracking. Streamline Amazon order processing via Seller Central, ensuring cost-effective shipping (for FBA/ easy ship) while improving performance metrics on seller scorecard.. Implement best practices for packing and shipping to reduce damage and return rates. Monitor and report on shipment status trends (Delivered, Exception, Returns, Cancellations). Support return, cancellation, repair & replacement processes , conducting thorough product verification. Manage and track return cases , ensuring timely resolution and minimal revenue loss. Requirements: Proven experience in e-commerce operations, order processing, and supply chain management (Amazon, Shopify, or similar platforms). Strong analytical skills with experience in cost-cutting, process optimization, and pricing negotiations . Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for data analysis and order tracking . In-depth knowledge of logistics, shipping, and inventory management . Detail-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills . Excellent communication skills for vendor negotiations and customer support . Preferred Skills: Experience with E-commerce, Quick commerce, marketplace processes. Familiarity with logistics platforms (Blue Dart, Easy Ship, etc.) . Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. Qualification: BBA / MBA in Operations
