Role Description: As Assistant Manager – Sales & Marketing , you will play a vital role in expanding MetTube’s presence across India and international markets. You will be responsible for managing key accounts, developing new business opportunities, and supporting marketing initiatives in line with MetTube’s growth strategy. Key Responsibilities: Sales Development: Drive business growth by identifying new clients in the HVAC and refrigeration sectors. Client Management: Build strong relationships with OEMs, distributors, and key stakeholders. Market Research: Track market trends to support strategic planning. Technical Coordination: Liaise with the technical and production teams to address client needs and specifications. Marketing Activities: Assist in product positioning, participation in trade shows, and content for marketing collateral. Reporting: Maintain accurate sales forecasts, CRM data, and customer reports for review by senior management. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Metallurgy, or related fields); MBA in Marketing is preferred. 4–7 years of experience in industrial B2B sales, preferably in HVAC, copper products, or allied industries. Knowledge of copper tube specifications, HVAC applications, and industry standards is a strong advantage. Excellent communication, analytical, and negotiation skills.
