Position title Assistant Manager - Sales

Experience: 5 to 10 years, working experience in sales of underground construction projects,construction chemicals, RMC or Cement etc

Education: B. Tech Civil/Diploma in Civil Engineering or B. Tech in any stream with relevant experience

Desired profile

• Good knowledge of construction chemicals and product applications.
• Strong market awareness and competitor analysis.
• Basic financial knowledge, including pricing, credit control, and collections.
• Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to develop customer relationships and achieve sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Drive sales initiatives to achieve assigned targets across Chandigarh, Punjab, and Himachal Pradesh.
• Identify new business opportunities and develop markets across infrastructure, hydroelectric, and tunnelling projects.
• Expand customer networks and strengthen relationships with contractors, consultants, and key accounts.
• Ensure timely collection of outstanding payments and maintain control over overdue accounts.
• Coordinate with technical teams for product trials, approvals, and customer requirements.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing, and customer requirements.
• Prepare sales forecasts, visit plans, and periodic performance reports.
