Job Description

Position: Assistant Manager - HR (Plant HR)

Location:

Candidate seeking Preferable from Automobile Industry

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle overall plant HR activities, employee lifecycle and recruitment.
  • Manage statutory compliance, labour laws and contract labour.
  • Handle employee training, competency development and performance appraisals.
  • Manage plant administration, including canteen, transport and housekeeping.
  • Ensure EHS, ESG compliance and coordinate internal/statutory audits.
  • Liaise with government officials and labour authorities.

Candidate Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in HR & Administration in a manufacturing setup, preferably automobile.
  • Strong knowledge of factory compliance, labour laws and industrial relations.
  • Good MS Office and communication skills in English
