Assistant Manager FSS Ops Utilities Business Ref Data

You will be responsible for providing high-quality Data Management services, ensuring timely updates of Static & Market data in processing systems, adherence to processes and controls, and accurate processing. Your role will involve supporting the Market Data Team in performing Market Data activities and static data updates. You will also be required to set up and validate rates across different time zones, generate control reports, track signoffs, and escalate issues if necessary. Familiarity with Asset control, Murex, Reuters, Bloomberg, and Markit is essential. Additionally, you will need to ensure compliance with policies and procedures, contribute to the development of control frameworks, provide training to new team members, and participate in various projects. As part of the People and Talent aspect of the role, you will be expected to focus on continuous improvement in productivity and accuracy, carry out ad-hoc responsibilities assigned by the Unit Head, and work on standardizing processes to meet regulatory requirements. In terms of Risk Management, you will need to make decisions as per Department Operating Instructions, uphold the values of the Group and Company, ensure compliance with rules and regulations, and perform necessary tests and training as per requirements.
