Assistant Manager Finance & Payroll

Job Description: As a member of the Finance & Accounts team in Noida, your role will involve processing various employee-related financial claims such as travel claims, reimbursements, salary advances, loans, imprest, and advance settlements. You will be responsible for accurately passing month and year-end employee provision & utilization accounting entries in SAP. Additionally, you will handle Full and Final Settlement (FFS) processing, ensure correct cost center wise allocation of costs, and invoicing to respective group companies in SAP. Preparation of ad-hoc MIS reports and addressing employee queries in a timely manner will also be part of your responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: - Process employee-related financial claims including travel claims, reimbursements, salary advances, loans, imprest, and advance settlements. - Passing accurate month and year-end employee provision & utilization accounting entries in SAP. - Handle Full and Final Settlement (FFS) processing and related clearances. - Ensure correct cost center wise allocation of cost and invoicing to respective group companies in SAP. - Assist in preparation of ad-hoc MIS reports required by the management. - Address employee queries to ensure timely resolution. Qualifications: - Bachelors degree in commerce/finance/accounting Key Skills Required: - Proficiency in MS Excel and working knowledge of SAP (preferred) - Attention to detail with a proactive approach to issue resolution Preferred Tools/Software Knowledge: - SAP (HR and Finance modules) - MS Excel (Advanced) - Email Communication & Reporting Tools (Note: No additional details about the company were provided in the job description),
