- Manage end-to-end collection operations
- Manage a team of Team Leaders and Collection Executives and track their KPIs
- Drive daily/weekly/monthly collection targets
- Conduct daily performance reviews and dialer management
- Manage shrinkage & attrition control
- Prepare and present MIS, Dashboards, and DRR
- Ensure compliance with collection policies, DRA certification, and regulatory guidelines
- Prior experience as an Asst. manager/ Sr. Team Lead handling a collections team
- Strong knowledge of Dialer management and Collections Tools
- Excellent communication skills, team management and stakeholder management
- Precious experience into BPO Operations/ Call-center environment
