Position Overview

The Assistant Manager CAT SPARC is responsible for supporting Customer Acquisition Team operations and ensuring effective monitoring, analysis, and improvement of sales performance activities. The role involves managing sales productivity dashboards, coordinating field activities, ensuring compliance with SPARC standards, and providing performance insights to drive business growth. This role acts as the link between sales teams, operations, training, and management.

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales Performance Monitoring (SPARC)

  • Track and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance across teams or channels.
  • Maintain SPARC dashboards and ensure accuracy of activity-based reporting.
  • Identify performance gaps and recommend corrective actions to management.
  • Support field teams with insights to improve activity ratios, productivity, and conversion rates.

2. Customer Acquisition Support (CAT)

  • Coordinate customer acquisition initiatives and support frontline teams in achieving targets.
  • Ensure timely processing of customer applications, documentation, and quality checks.
  • Collaborate with operations to resolve issues related to onboarding, compliance, or customer journeys.
  • Assist in optimizing lead management and follow-up strategies.

3. Training & Coaching Support

  • Work with SPARC/Training teams to conduct performance review sessions.
  • Support sales managers and agents by providing data insights for coaching.
  • Assist in onboarding new team members by familiarizing them with CAT/SPARC processes and tools.

4. Process & Compliance Management

  • Ensure adherence to company policies, compliance guidelines, and quality standards.
  • Support audits by maintaining accurate reports, activity logs, and process documentation.
  • Implement best practices to improve workflow efficiency and reduce errors.

5. Collaboration & Stakeholder Management

  • Liaise with Sales, Operations, Training, and Quality teams to drive alignment on acquisition targets.
  • Support regional or branch managers by providing timely insights and action points.
  • Participate in business reviews, performance discussions, and improvement projects.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field.
  • Experience with reporting tools (Excel, CRM, dashboards) preferred.
  • Background in insurance, banking, telecom, or FMCG is an advantage.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong analytical and reporting skills.
  • Good understanding of sales processes and customer acquisition workflows.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, CRM systems, and performance dashboards.
  • Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
  • Ability to work in fast-paced, target-driven environments.
  • Attention to detail and strong follow-up mindset.
