Position Overview

The Assistant Manager CAT Loyalty supports the execution and management of customer loyalty initiatives. The role involves assisting the Customer Acquisition Team in driving engagement, retention, and repeat business, monitoring loyalty program performance, ensuring compliance, and coordinating with sales, operations, and marketing teams to enhance customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

1. Loyalty Program Execution

  • Assist in the implementation of loyalty campaigns and initiatives.
  • Monitor loyalty program enrollment, participation, and reward redemption.
  • Support the design and execution of promotional activities to engage customers.
  • Ensure accurate tracking and reporting of loyalty transactions and benefits.

2. Customer Acquisition & Retention Support (CAT)

  • Collaborate with sales and branch teams to drive repeat business and retention.
  • Support lead management and follow-ups related to loyalty campaigns.
  • Help identify high-value customers for targeted engagement.

3. Performance Monitoring & Reporting

  • Track key loyalty KPIs, including enrollment, redemption rates, and customer engagement.
  • Prepare reports and MIS dashboards for managers and senior leadership.
  • Identify gaps or opportunities for improvement and provide recommendations.

4. Process & Compliance

  • Ensure adherence to internal policies, regulatory guidelines, and audit standards.
  • Conduct quality checks on customer data, rewards, and campaign execution.
  • Assist in resolving operational issues or customer escalations.

5. Stakeholder Coordination

  • Work closely with sales, operations, marketing, and analytics teams to ensure smooth execution of loyalty initiatives.
  • Provide frontline teams with guidance on program features, benefits, and processes.
  • Participate in periodic review meetings and provide insights on campaign performance.

6. Training & Support

  • Assist in training CAT and sales teams on loyalty programs and processes.
  • Support coaching sessions by providing performance data and insights to improve engagement.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field.
  • Experience in loyalty management, retention campaigns, or customer engagement preferred.
  • Knowledge of CRM tools, reporting dashboards, and data analytics.
