Job Overview
V-Tech Industries India Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Assistant Manager – Business Development to drive sales growth and develop new business opportunities in the PVC Compound, Polymer, and Plastics industry. The candidate will be responsible for acquiring new customers, expanding market presence, managing customer relationships, and achieving business targets in domestic and international markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in PVC compounds and related polymer products.
- Generate leads and acquire new customers across Wires & Cables, Automotive, Footwear, Pipes & Profiles, and Injection Molding industries.
- Develop and maintain relationships with OEMs, converters, distributors, and key industrial customers.
- Conduct market research to understand customer requirements, competitor activities, pricing, and industry trends.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and close business deals.
- Coordinate with R&D, Production, Quality, and Technical teams for product trials, samples, and customized solutions.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
- Monitor market demand, competitor pricing, and business development opportunities.
- Manage customer follow-ups related to orders, payments, deliveries, and satisfaction.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and competitor analysis.
- Represent the company at exhibitions, trade fairs, and industry events.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of PVC compounds, polymers, plastics, or related industrial products.
- Experience in B2B sales, industrial sales, technical sales, or business development.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong customer relationship management and lead-generation abilities.
- Commercial awareness and a target-oriented approach.
- Ability to understand technical specifications and customer requirements.
- Good coordination skills with internal technical and production teams.

Educational Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Plastics, Polymer, or Chemical Engineering.
- MBA in Marketing will be an added advantage.
Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,400,000.00 per year
