Job Description

Job locations - Trichy & Madurai

Candidate location - Anywhere in Tamilnadu

CTC :-

Rs.50,000/Month

On Contract

Role & responsibilities

  • Day to Day monitoring the work done by the PMC.
  • Send reports to Head Office periodically.
  • Countersign the bill submitted by EC and submit the same to Head Office.
  • Follow up action and submitting statutory requirements as per the instruction given by the EE.
  • Supply and Installation of Electrical, Mechanical (Lifts & HVAC) and IBMS (Integrated Building Management Systems) functions.
  • Maintaining project details and revenue records etc.
  • Assist the EE for selection of other new projects in other districts.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Electrical related installation activity in High rise Building / IT Parks.
