Assistant Designer, Packaging

You will play a key role in assisting with the execution of basic packaging trims such as hang tags, heat transfers, and main labels. Your responsibilities will also include making graphic updates to packaging files based on feedback from factories and licensing teams. It is essential to demonstrate efficient time management skills to consistently deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Additionally, you will be responsible for performing photo retouching and product placement onto models as needed. To excel in this role, you should possess a Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field. Previous experience in packaging/graphic design is required. You must have the ability to interpret written and verbal feedback from different teams, such as factory, licensing, and production, and implement design changes accordingly. Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for design is essential, along with proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, particularly Illustrator and Photoshop. Experience with PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) will be considered a plus. You should be able to follow instructions and feedback meticulously and have strong language and communication skills to understand and convey design specifications, feedback, and revisions clearly. Being detail-oriented, highly organized, and having a creative mindset with a passion for sports and entertainment are qualities that will make you the best fit for this role. Effective time management to meet deadlines is crucial. In terms of behavioral competencies, you should exhibit strong communication skills, collaboration, the ability to drive execution, adaptability, transparency, positive thinking, and self-drive. Fluency in English is required for this position. This role may require occasional travel.
