Assistant Business Development Manager (ABDM)

# ABDM – Job Responsibilities

1. **Business Development:** Support the development of new business opportunities and contribute to achieving assigned sales and revenue targets.

2. **Lead Generation:** Identify potential customers through market research, references, digital platforms, and other lead-generation activities.

3. **Customer Engagement:** Connect with prospective customers, understand their requirements, explain product offerings, and maintain regular follow-ups.

4. **Sales Support:** Assist the BDM and sales team in managing leads, preparing quotations, coordinating meetings, and converting prospects into customers.

5. **Market Development:** Explore new markets, customer segments, and business opportunities to expand the company’s presence in the assigned territory.

6. **Client Relationship Management:** Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, architects, builders, contractors, and other business stakeholders.

7. **Site Visits & Meetings:** Conduct customer and site visits as required to understand project requirements and support the sales process.

8. **Coordination:** Coordinate with internal teams such as Technical, Operations, Projects, and Customer Support to ensure smooth execution of customer requirements.

9. **Sales Reporting:** Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, meetings, opportunities, and sales activities and submit regular reports to the reporting manager.

10. **Target Achievement:** Work towards achieving individual and team sales targets while maintaining a strong focus on customer satisfaction and business growth.

11. **Competitor & Market Analysis:** Monitor competitor activities, market trends, pricing, and customer preferences and share relevant insights with the management.

12. **Brand Representation:** Represent Ricardo Elevators professionally during customer meetings, site visits, exhibitions, and other business activities.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
