Assistant Account Manager

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Accounting Manager to oversee the companys financial operations, ensure compliance with accounting standards, and manage day-to-day accounting activities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for financial reporting, tax compliance, budgeting, and supervising the accounting team.

Key Responsibilities :

Accounting & Financial Management

Manage and oversee daily accounting operations.

Maintain accurate general ledger, journal entries, and financial records.

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

Monitor company cash flow and financial performance.

Taxation & Compliance

Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, and statutory regulations.

Coordinate with auditors for internal and external audits.

Handle tax filings, returns, and financial documentation.

Reporting & Budgeting

Prepare financial reports and present insights to management.

Assist in budget planning and financial forecasting.

Analyze financial data to support business decisions.

Team Management

Supervise and guide the accounting team.

Ensure smooth coordination between finance, operations, and management.
