As part of the team, your responsibilities will include fostering effective communication with all stakeholders to enhance the customer experience. You will be tasked with devising and executing continuous process enhancements and operational efficiencies within the End User space, focusing on the complete life cycle of asset management. This involves managing hardware assets, including leased assets, and ensuring accurate and up-to-date asset records in the Asset Database throughout all asset lifecycle stages. You will also be involved in Asset Management audits, remediation efforts, and identifying cost-saving opportunities while establishing improved long-term planning and budgeting practices for customers. Moreover, you will analyze client contracts, purchase agreements, and other relevant data to effectively manage hardware assets. Your role will require interaction with clients, internal and external sources to gather necessary data and documents aligned with project objectives and deadlines. Utilizing data analysis tools such as MS Access and MS Excel, you will assess data accuracy, address anomalies, and ensure timely delivery of customer requirements. Additionally, you will generate regular and ad-hoc asset reports, document best practices, and implement them as part of your Hardware Asset Management duties. The position also entails driving compliance across the organization, correcting policies, SLAs, OLAs, and UC, along with experience in procurement, vendor negotiation, and people management being advantageous.
