Responsibilities Deliver Asset Management services for multiple customers Act as the single point of contact for customers, partners, and internal stakeholders Manage, track, report, and resolve issues related to customers' IB data Support customers in managing the lifecycle of HW and SW assets to mitigate risks, optimize TCO, and improve customer experience Required Skills Expert-level proficiency in Korean and Japanese (written and verbal) Strong understanding of Customer's business model, product portfolio, and GTM strategies Advanced Excel skills (macros, pivots, formulas) and experience with data analysis Proficiency in reporting tools like Tableau and Power BI Excellent communication skills and a proactive, ownership-driven approach Key Job Duties Ensure customer IB is correctly aligned with contracts, locations, and service coverage levels Lead the implementation of Asset Management services Onboard new customers and reconcile IB data from various sources Identify discrepancies and manage MACD activities Provide ongoing IB maintenance support and collaborate cross-functionally Show more Show less
