ASSEMBLY SUPERVISORS

We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Production Assembly Supervisor (Junior Level Trainees) with 6 months to 1 year of experience in tyre building machinery or similar heavy industrial machinery. The ideal candidate should be eager to learn, technically sound in mechanical assembly, and capable of supporting the production team in meeting daily assembly targets while maintaining quality and safety standards. Key Responsibilities: Assist senior supervisors in the mechanical assembly of tyre building machinery and sub-assemblies. Read and interpret basic mechanical drawings and assembly layouts. Coordinate with technicians and fitters for routine assembly tasks. Ensure tools, components, and materials are properly handled and stored. Perform mechanical fit-up, fastening, and alignment of components under guidance. Follow production schedules and update status to the team leader/supervisor. Conduct basic quality checks during and after assembly processes. Adhere to 5S, safety, and housekeeping standards on the shop floor. Escalate any technical issues or deviations to the senior team for resolution. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹19,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
