We are hiring for ASP.Net Developer for US Based MNC, Gurgaon location on the payroll of Mynd solutions Shift Timings - 8.00 AM - 4.30 PM LOcation - Gurgaon CTC - Best in Industry Looking for candidate who can join with in 15-20 days Interested candidates can directly share CV @ Pratibha@Myndsol.com (Mention Job title in Subject line) Key expectations from this role include as below: Responsible for analysis and evaluation of user business problems and development of business system or process recommendations to meet requirements, including problem definition, evaluation of requirements, and implementation of systems/processes. May participate in business systems planning to define or upgrade business applications or functional solutions. May serve as business liaison to IT. This role may involve a significant amount of project management. Leads project planning, development., progress reporting, issue resolution and delivery of results. Interprets requirements, identifies project scope, plans and directs schedules, monitors project ROI, assigns tasks and tracks performance and milestone achievement. Ensures effective communication across teams/functions. Keeps management informed of progress, key issues and changes which may impact the business. Design and Development: Analyze, solution design and execute design, development and deployment of tools using technologies like ASP.NET with C#,MVC, SQL (All Versions), Good in OOPS Concept. MSBI for ETL operations, SharePoint Tech, etc. Provide Support and Maintenance of the tools developed using the above technologies. External Qualifications: MCA or B-TECH equivalent Work Experience: 3 years post qualification experience in Design & Development of tools using technologies like ASP.NET with C#, MVC, SQL (All Latest Versions), OOPS Concepts, MSBI for ETL operations. Basic understanding of Finance/Accounting and processes Key Knowledge & Skill Requirement: ASP.NET with C#,MVC, Angular, SQL (All Latest Versions), OOPS Concepts, SharePoint tech, MSBI for ETL operations, , Sound Solution Engineering Skills along with design and development of new tools. Ability to do coding independently, debugging skills, using the above technologies. Must be system oriented & have an interest/ aptitude for developing skills in new applications. Demonstrate customer orientation and sense of urgency to all deliverables. Understanding of Change Management Process, Autonomy to change processes, solve problem. Knowledge of Quality Processes used for managing projects and programs.
