Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Interact with
key clients and hospital stakeholders
to clearly communicate the company's services, deliverables, and value proposition.
Drive
lead-to-business conversion
through structured follow-ups
Conduct
direct sales calls and relationship-building meetings
with super-specialty doctors, including Orthopedic Surgeons, Nephrologists, Oncologists, Hematologists, Neurologists, and Gastroenterologists.
Develop and implement
sales strategies
for existing and potential accounts to effectively promote the companys products and services to hospitals, physicians, and healthcare decision-makers.
Monitor sales performance, identify
early indicators of risks or opportunities
, and take corrective actions to improve outcomes.
Contribute actively towards
organizational growth
by strengthening market presence, expanding key accounts, and improving team productivity.

Preferred candidate profile

Graduate with 5+ years of experience in diagnostics/ pharma industry

Strong
Relationship Management
skills with doctors, hospitals, and key healthcare stakeholders
Excellent
Communication and Negotiation Skills
Strategic thinking with strong execution orientation
Ability to analyze sales data and track performance metrics
