A Floor Manager usually performs many of the following tasks: Responsibilities: 1) Floor Manager reports to the Assistant Manager on all work aspects. 2)Co-ordination with departments of Management to ensure smooth operations. 3)Need to provide quality services for day-to-day operations and ensuring smooth operations with the help of Soft Services, ERT, Security & engineering team. 4)Providing important technical inputs to projects team from operations point of view to ensure maximum feasibility in the mall. 5)Daily Mall Report, Cruise, Parking, Help Desk & Smile Centre. 6) Implementing process for complaint handling and reducing the complaint down time. 7) (Internal & External) Responsibility for Retailer & Customer Satisfaction Index. 8) Managing customer and brand relationship on the ground. 9)Attend and channelize retailer queries & complaints to concerned departments , if any. Reporting any infrastructure related safety hazards , repairs ,renovations / concerned departments for information
