Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales & Marketing Executive to drive revenue growth through lead generation, customer acquisition, and brand promotion. The role combines strategic marketing with field or inside sales responsibilities to meet targets and expand market reach. Key Responsibilities: 🔹 Sales Duties:Identify potential clients and generate new leads through field visits, cold calls, networking, or digital platforms Convert inquiries into sales by effectively presenting products/services Follow up with prospects and maintain strong client relationships Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets Prepare quotations, proposals, and invoices as needed Maintain customer database (CRM) and prepare daily sales reports 🔹 Marketing Duties:Execute offline and online marketing campaigns Assist in social media marketing, content promotions, and digital advertising Conduct market research to understand competitor activity and trends Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, or promotional events Coordinate with graphic/design teams for promotional material creation Track ROI of marketing activities and suggest improvements Qualifications & Requirements: 12TH PASS minimum education level , Business Administration, or related field 0 years of experience in sales and/or marketing (industry-specific preferred) Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Self-driven, target-oriented, and persuasive personality Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and basic digital marketing platforms Fluent in English (and local language if needed) Willing to travel as per business needs
