Role Overview: You will handle incoming leads from social media and WhatsApp promotions, call prospects, explain Yaarioke services, answer FAQs, and convert inquiries into bookings. Key Responsibilities: Call all new leads generated through ads, WhatsApp campaigns, and website. Explain Yaarioke concept, room types, pricing, and booking steps. Answer common FAQs (timings, capacity, food menu, how to book, location). Identify customer needs and suggest the best packages. Follow up with warm leads to convert them into confirmed bookings. Maintain call logs and update lead status (Hot / Warm / Cold). Send WhatsApp messages with booking links after calls. Coordinate with on-ground staff for upcoming bookings. Collect feedback from customers after their visit. Requirements: 0–2 years of telesales or customer service experience. Good Hindi & Gujarati communication; basic English required. Friendly, positive and persuasive calling style. Ability to handle objections confidently. Basic WhatsApp & CRM/Excel skills. Willing to work flexible hours, especially evenings & weekends.
