The Testing and Commissioning Engineer will be responsible for conducting electrical testing, troubleshooting, and commissioning tasks on various projects. Day-to-day tasks include preparing and executing testing plans, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, coordinating with project teams, and documenting test results and findings. Role Description We are seeking an experienced Firefighting Design Engineer to join our Delhi team. The role involves end-to-end Firefighting (FE) and PHE system design, including hydraulic calculations, system modeling, and preparation of design documentation. Responsibilities include: Designing advanced fire protection systems, including hydrants, sprinklers, fire pumps, wet/dry/pre-action, and clean-agent suppression systems. Developing fire detection and alarm systems (both addressable and conventional). Preparing Design Basis Reports (DBRs), technical specifications, and tender BOQs. Ensuring compliance with NFPA, IS, NBC, BS, EN, and other relevant standards. Coordinating with project teams across metros, underground tunnels, airports, hydro/water infrastructure, and commercial projects. Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering. Minimum 8 years of experience in Fire Protection & PHE design. Strong knowledge of IS, NBC, NFPA, and other global fire protection codes. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, PipeNet, WaterGEMS, and SewerGEMS. Experience in hydraulic calculations, pipe network analysis, and preparation of DBRs, specifications, and BOQs. Preferred Skills Knowledge of BIM / 3D modeling. Experience with hydraulic modeling software. Understanding of sustainable design principles.
