Job Summary: The Product Launch Manager/Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end process of launching new surface products in the Indian market. This role involves coordinating with cross-functional teams, including product development, marketing, sales, and supply chain, to ensure timely and successful product releases. The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills, a deep understanding of the US market, and a passion for delivering innovative design solutions. Role & responsibilities Key Responsibilities: Launch Strategy and Planning: Develop and execute a comprehensive go-to-market (GTM) strategy for new product launches, including defining timelines, milestones, and deliverables. Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to understand customer preferences, competitor offerings, and trends in the US surface and flooring solutions industry to ensure product-market fit. Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with design, production, marketing, and sales teams to align on product features, pricing, positioning, and promotional strategies. Product Positioning: Work with the marketing team to define the unique selling points (USPs) of new products, ensuring they resonate with architects, interior designers, and end customers in US. Campaign Execution: Plan and oversee product launch campaigns, leveraging digital marketing, trade shows, and influencer partnerships to create awareness and drive demand. Work closely with the graphic designer to create visually appealing promotional materials and with the social media specialist to develop and execute targeted social media campaigns for maximum reach and engagement. Budget and Timeline Management: Manage budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure launches are completed on schedule and within financial constraints. Post-Launch Analysis: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) post-launch, gather feedback from customers and stakeholders, and recommend improvements for future launches. Stakeholder Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for all teams involved in the launch, ensuring clear communication of goals, progress, and challenges. Compliance and Quality: Ensure all products meet regulatory standards and quality requirements specific to the US market before launch. Training and Enablement: Coordinate with the sales team to provide training and resources, enabling them to effectively promote and sell new products. Preferred candidate profile: Qualifications and Skills: Education: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Project Management, or a related field. An MBA is a plus. Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management, project management, or product launches, preferably in the building materials, interior design, or home dcor industry. Market Knowledge: Strong understanding of the US market, particularly in the surface solutions or interior design sector, with insights into customer preferences and industry trends. Project Management Skills: Proven ability to manage complex projects, with experience using tools like MS Project, Trello, or Asana. PMP certification is a plus. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to collaborate with diverse teams and present ideas to stakeholders. Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze market data, customer feedback, and launch performance to make data-driven decisions. Leadership and Collaboration: Strong leadership skills to motivate cross-functional teams and manage without formal authority, coupled with a collaborative mindset. Creativity: A creative approach to product positioning and marketing campaigns to differentiate Artivo Surfaces in a competitive market.
