Artificial Intelligence Senior Specialist

As an Artificial Intelligence Senior Specialist at TekWissen, you will be responsible for developing intelligent programs, cognitive applications, and algorithms for data analysis and automation. You will leverage various AI techniques such as deep learning, generative AI, natural language processing, image processing, cognitive automation, intelligent process automation, reinforcement learning, virtual assistants, and specialized programming. Key Responsibilities: - Demonstrate an Agile personality and AI Engineering Craftsmanship mindset to lead and influence an Agile team for Enterprise AI Technology projects. - Contribute to AI application development and model deployment project engagements. - Own end-to-end development of AI applications covering the complete AI/ML stack. - Research new AI technologies and implement enterprise AI shifts and new trends impacting Ford AI application delivery. - Design and implement appropriate LLM selection for applications based on context window limitations, model capabilities, reasoning requirements, and business use cases. - Apply advanced prompt engineering techniques for optimal model performance. - Provide technical mentoring to fellow AI/ML Developers. - Conduct proof-of-concepts to support new AI features using Agile and MLOps practices. - Collaborate with Product Managers, Data Scientists, and Product Owners to prioritize deliverables geared towards business and user value. - Interact with Ford IT teams in AI development, deployment, and support. - Advocate corporate standards in AI solution development and implementation. Must Have Skills: - 7+ years of overall IT Industry experience with strong AI/ML analysis & design and hands-on experience in core Python, R or Scala. - 2+ years of experience in AI/ML model development, MLOps & ML pipelines development. - Experience in AI frameworks, Deep Learning, Neural Networks, Computer Vision, NLP development in Cloud platforms. - Strong AI/ML model development & deployment skills. - Experience in Enterprise AI technologies like Model Governance, Responsible AI, ML Security, and Cloud-based AI Securities. - Working experience with AI Agent frameworks and Open-source AI ecosystems. - Working experience in Generative AI technologies like Large Language Models (LLMs), GPT, BERT, prompt engineering, RAG systems, Vector search, and Embedding techniques.
