Role Overview:

We are looking for an AI-Augmented Developer who uses modern AI and GenAI tools as a core part of their development workflow. The ideal candidate has strong programming fundamentals and hands-on experience leveraging tools such as Claude, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, MCP, or similar LLM-based tools to improve development speed, code quality, and overall engineering efficiency.

This role focuses on applied AI-assisted software development and contributing to wider AI adoption within the engineering team.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, test, and maintain applications using

  AI-assisted development tools

  .
• Leverage LLM-based tools to accelerate

  coding, debugging, refactoring, and iteration

  .
• Build features end-to-end with a

  full-stack approach

  (frontend, backend, APIs, integrations).
• Improve

  development speed, code quality, and maintenance workflows

  using AI.
• Identify and propose opportunities where AI tools can enhance engineering processes.
• Debug, validate, and fix issues in

  AI-generated code or workflows

  .
• Collaborate with team members to promote best practices in

  AI-enabled development

  .
• Stay up to date with evolving AI tools, frameworks, and development approaches.

Requirements:

• 02 years

  of professional experience in software development.
• Strong understanding of

  programming fundamentals

  (such as Python)
• Mandatory hands-on experience with

  AI coding / GenAI tools

  such as Claude, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, MCP, or similar.
• Working knowledge of:
• Debugging and validating AI-assisted outputs
• LLM-based tools and prompt-driven development
• Ability to demonstrate how AI tools were used to improve:
• - Development efficiency
• - Time to delivery
• - Code quality or maintainability
• Basic

  full-stack knowledge

  (frontend and backend concepts).
• Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to experiment with new technologies.
