Artificial Intelligence Developer

Role & responsibilities

We are looking for a highly motivated Generative AI Developer to design, develop, and deploy enterprise-grade Gen AI applications and intelligent AI assistants. The candidate will work on Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), AI agents, prompt engineering, and enterprise AI integrations to build scalable, production-ready AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop Generative AI applications for enterprise use cases

• Build and deploy AI solutions using LLMs, AI agents, and modern Gen AI frameworks

• Develop AI-powered chatbots, copilots, intelligent search, document understanding, and workflow automation solutions

• Implement RAG pipelines using vector databases and enterprise knowledge sources

• Create APIs and backend services for AI model integration

• Work on prompt engineering, context management, evaluation, and response optimization

• Fine-tune and optimize model performance, inference efficiency, and scalability

• Integrate AI solutions with enterprise systems, business applications, and third-party platforms

• Collaborate with product, business, and engineering teams to identify and implement AI use cases

• Ensure AI governance, security, responsible AI practices, and compliance standards

• Research and evaluate emerging Gen AI tools, frameworks, and architectures

Technical Skills

• Strong experience in Python

• Hands-on experience with Generative AI and LLM ecosystems:

• OpenAI APIs

• LangChain

• LlamaIndex

• Vector Databases

• RAG Architecture

• AI Agents & Tool Calling

• Experience in prompt engineering and LLM orchestration

• Understanding of embeddings, semantic search, and context retrieval techniques

• Experience with REST APIs and microservices architecture

• Database knowledge:

• SQL

• NoSQL

• Familiarity with cloud platforms:

• AWS / Azure / GCP
