Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated AI/ML Engineer to design, develop, and deploy machine learning models and AI-powered solutions. The ideal candidate will work closely with data scientists, software engineers, and business stakeholders to build scalable AI systems that drive business value.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, train, and optimize machine learning and deep learning models.
Build and maintain end-to-end ML pipelines for data ingestion, model training, validation, and deployment.
Work with large datasets to perform data cleaning, feature engineering, and exploratory analysis.
Deploy AI/ML models into production using cloud platforms and ML Ops practices.
Monitor model performance and retrain models to ensure accuracy and reliability.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into AI solutions.
Research and implement the latest advancements in AI, Generative AI, NLP, Computer Vision, and Machine Learning.
Ensure adherence to data security, governance, and ethical AI standards.

Required Skills

Strong knowledge of Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Statistical Modeling.
Proficiency in Python and ML libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, Pandas, and NumPy.
Experience with Generative AI, LLMs, Prompt Engineering, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
Knowledge of MLOps tools such as MLflow, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
Experience with cloud platforms like Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.
Strong understanding of SQL, data modeling, and data engineering concepts.
Familiarity with REST APIs and software development best practices.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in Machine Learning/AI development (adjust as needed).
Experience delivering AI/ML solutions in production environments.

Preferred Skills

Experience with Azure AI Services, Azure OpenAI, or similar AI platforms.
Knowledge of NLP, Computer Vision, Recommendation Systems, or Agentic AI.
Familiarity with Spark, Databricks, and big data technologies.
