Art Director / Sr. Graphic Designer

You will be joining RDW MEDIA INDIA, a full-service digital agency that specializes in creative advertising campaigns and products. As part of our team of creative minds, you will be utilizing your creativity and strategic thinking to address challenges faced by digital brands. We are currently seeking Art Directors / Graphic Designers who are experienced in designing for both digital and offline media platforms. Your responsibilities will include planning concepts based on relevant information, working on design and layout through handwork, sketches, design balancing, and color planning. You will also be in charge of typography, font and size selection, text layout, managing specific client projects independently, and ensuring attention to detail for delivering high-quality print output. Additionally, you will need to collaborate with web designers, marketing teams, and colleagues as needed. To excel in this role, you should possess a Bachelor's Degree in fine arts, Diploma in fine arts, or Graphic design Degree/Diploma, along with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in an advertising agency or design studio as an Art Director, Senior Graphic Designer, or Visualizer. A good artistic sense, interest in design and layout, proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and Adobe After Effects, as well as knowledge of animation software are essential. Previous experience in print projects such as Branding, Packaging design, Creative Ads, Posters, Brochures, Social media posts, and website design is preferred. Effective time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines are also crucial for this role. This is a full-time position with day shift schedule and a yearly bonus.
