Role Overview The Head of Marketing & Admissions will lead the strategy and execution of all marketing, branding, and student admissions initiatives for ACES. This is a leadership role that requires a blend of creative vision, strategic thinking, and hands-on execution. The individual will ensure that ACES is positioned as a premier choice for families, driving enrollment growth and enhancing the school’s reputation. Key Responsibilities Marketing & Branding Develop and execute the school’s marketing and communications strategy across digital, print, and offline channels. Strengthen brand positioning, ensuring consistent messaging aligned with ACES’ vision and values. Manage website, social media platforms, newsletters, and promotional campaigns to enhance visibility and engagement. Plan and execute events (open houses, parent seminars, exhibitions, etc.) to showcase ACES’ offerings. Monitor and analyze marketing performance (SEO, campaigns, lead generation, brand sentiment) and optimize strategies. Admissions & Enrollment Design and oversee the admissions strategy, ensuring enrollment targets are met. Develop outreach programs to engage prospective students and parents. Lead school tours, information sessions, and admissions events, ensuring a warm and personalized experience. Collaborate with academic and administrative teams to streamline the admissions process. Maintain accurate admissions data, reports, and analytics for decision-making. Community Engagement Build strong relationships with prospective parents, current families, alumni, and community partners. Develop referral and ambassador programs to drive word-of-mouth admissions. Represent ACES at education fairs, local events, and networking opportunities. Leadership & Collaboration Lead and mentor the marketing & admissions team (if applicable). Work closely with school leadership, academic heads, and operations to align marketing and admissions with overall institutional goals. Develop annual marketing & admissions budgets and ensure cost-effective resource use. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Education Management, or related field. 7+ years of experience in marketing, admissions, or brand management, preferably in education or related sectors. Strong knowledge of digital marketing, lead generation, and CRM tools. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to build relationships and engage diverse audiences. Strategic thinker with hands-on execution capability. Passion for education and commitment to ACES’ mission of holistic learning.
