Key Responsibilities Revenue Objectives · To achieve the Revenue targets in close coordination with the planned. · Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients in the sector / sub-sector. · Understand their business objectives, challenges, and pain points. · Provide customized logistics solutions that meet their specific requirements and add value to their operations. · Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention. · Prepare persuasive and comprehensive proposals in response to client requirements. · Lead contract negotiations to ensure favourable terms and conditions for the logistics service provider. · Collaborate with legal and finance teams to finalize agreements. Multi-Disciplinary Collaboration: - Work with other teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences and exceed client expectations. Work closely with internal teams, including operations, finance, marketing, and customer service, to ensure seamless execution of business development strategies. To drive the team and ensure CRM Compliance and effectiveness. Develop the long-term account plan (1 year to 3 year) for assigned clients within the sector. Develop a high-performance service culture. Qualifications & Competencies Skills and Competencies Prefer sales and key account experience including experience in developing and growing new key accounts of Chemical sector. Relevant logistics expertise within identified sub sectors – Chemical in developing and executing strategic and tactical plans, in a large and dynamic sales environment. Able to design and implement solutions pertaining to specific industry solving customer problems. Experience in supply chain across entire logistics value chain including Express, FTL transportation, warehousing & Value-added services. Educational Qualification Graduation in Marketing / Sales or Preferred Certifications if any Relevant marketing expertise within identified sectors – Chemical Range/ Min no of years - of overall Experience required 10+ years
