We have planned the bali tour with arc tour. They provided the 4 star hotel in kuta which not even qualified for 2 star. Food is not good, service is not good. The hotel charged money for extra spoon and glass. We have reported this issue …

My son and daughter in law went Bali from arc tour and they are not satisfied with the service. They provided a very bad hotel for 4 nights. They faced a lot of issues but their problems were not solved. I will never recommend arc tour to anyone. I had a very bad experience with them.

We visited Bali with Arc tour. We stay for 4 nights in golden tulip resort in kuta, it's a 4 star hotel but not qualified for 1 star hotel. We faced lots of issues in this hotel like in our room dim lights, dirty drinking water, not good …

I had plan my trip for Phuket through them and everything was well organised, I enjoyed meals there a lot and did saw the Famous Fantasia Show too it was amazing. Island views are amazing over here.
