Job Description

A day in the life of an Infoscion includes being a part of the Infosys consulting team, where your primary responsibility is to address customer issues effectively. You will diagnose problem areas, develop innovative solutions, and ensure smooth deployment to achieve client satisfaction. Your role involves developing proposals, contributing to solution design, configuring products, conducting pilots, and resolving queries related to requirements and solution design. As an Infoscion, you will also be involved in conducting solution/product demonstrations, POC/Proof of Technology workshops, and preparing effort estimates that align with customer budgetary requirements and organizational financial guidelines. Active participation in small projects and organizational initiatives is expected to deliver high-quality solutions to customers. Key skills required for this role include the ability to devise value-creating strategies for clients, knowledge of software configuration management systems, awareness of industry trends and technologies, logical thinking, problem-solving capabilities, and collaboration skills. Understanding financial processes, identifying improvement areas, suggesting technology solutions, having industry domain knowledge, client interfacing skills, and project and team management abilities are essential for success in this position. The primary skills sought for this role include expertise in Process (Enterprise Package processes - Ariba upgrade Process), Supply Chain Management (SAP ARIBA), SAP Functional (SAP Ariba), SAP Technical (SAP Ariba on Cloud), and SAP Ariba Security.
