Service network/ Capacity expansion as per DSS norms Dealers & ASDs. Control on Warranty Claims Promoting Sales by providing service support. Promoting Genuine Spares Sales Technical/ Functional: Dealership Management Product Knowledge Market Knowledge Network development Basics of Finance
