Area Service Incharge

As an experienced candidate with 6-10 years in After Sales Service, your role will involve the following responsibilities: - Establishing and maintaining the upkeep of service centers - Liaising with store managers and sales teams for smooth service operations - Ensuring customer satisfaction to prevent escalation of issues - Motivating and managing a team of service center and care center personnel - Taking responsibility for service deliverables - Mentoring and counseling engineers when necessary - Controlling the flow of incoming calls for on-site support services - Managing costs and expenses of service and care centers within given guidelines - Ensuring an adequate amount of manpower to handle all customer calls - Providing necessary skills and training to team members based on their needs and gaps - Ensuring that care center personnel work in sync to support walk-in customers - Encouraging the team to enhance their performance by identifying gaps and needs Qualifications Required: - Diploma / B.E/ B.Tech preferred Please note that the job location is Vellore, Tamil Nadu.
