Job Description

Role & responsibilities Job Description: Generate business with Revenue Generation responsibility as per budget. Responsible for HoReCa channel. Take ownership in all aspects in developing business in assigned territory. Work on fixed discipline norms with in company policies Based on the Business plan, ensure the achievements & tracking daily basis. To draw an action plan for business development - short term and long term. To achieve excellence in customer & consumer satisfaction. Also continuously identifying the factors and measures to ensure customer delight. The Execute and implement the innovative marketing techniques as directed. Escalate issues to the management which require management attention on priority. Establish company as a long-term supplier to accounts by developing, maintaining and expanding strong customer working relationships at multiple levels and functions. Utilize both direct contact, and relevant trade organization events to build Business Sales Budgets: Participate in development of annual sales budget targets for assigned territory. Strives to meet budget objectives and takes appropriate action to achieve and/or exceed sales budget target. Exhibit excellent communication (both internally and externally) and documentation skills. This includes the maintenance of any applicable Customer Relationship Management database. Schedule and lead efforts related to presentations and product demonstrations to strategic and Horeca customers (when applicable) Provide competitive and customer-based market information on an ongoing basis.
