Area Sales Manager-Transplant

Roles & Responsibilities

• Minimum 5+ years of experience is required in Transplant segment sales in Medical devices.
• Promote and sell medical devices and consumables used in transplant procedures, including general transplant, liver transplant, kidney transplant, and related specialties.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with transplant surgeons, nephrologists, hepatologists, OT staff, and hospital procurement teams.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities within transplant centers, hospitals, and specialty clinics.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and drive revenue growth within the transplant segment.
• Provide product demonstrations, in-theatre support, and clinical assistance during transplant procedures when required.
• Conduct training sessions for healthcare professionals on product usage, features, and clinical benefits.
• Work closely with hospital stakeholders to ensure product approvals, onboarding, and repeat business.
• Track and manage tenders, institutional sales processes, and rate contracts for transplant-related products.
• Monitor competitor activities, product positioning, and pricing strategies in the transplant market.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
