About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Area Sales Manager to drive regional sales, develop new business opportunities, strengthen customer relationships, and achieve revenue and profitability targets.

The ideal candidate should have strong business development, sales planning, negotiation, and financial management skills, preferably in the manufacturing, textile, trims, branding, or printing and packaging industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and implement annual regional sales budgets and strategic plans to achieve sales, revenue, and profitability targets.
• Monitor sales performance, control expenses, and ensure achievement of business objectives.
• Promote products and services based on available production capacity and business requirements.
• Identify and acquire new customers, brands, and business categories to generate profitable growth.
• Explore new market opportunities and develop long-term customer relationships.
• Manage accounts receivable in accordance with company trade policies and credit guidelines.
• Ensure timely collection of outstanding payments and maintain healthy cash flow.
• Maintain and regularly update sales databases, reports, and customer records.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order execution and customer satisfaction.

• Degree/Diploma in Textile, Printing, or Packaging will be an added advantage.
• 7–10 years of relevant sales experience, preferably in manufacturing, textiles, printing, packaging, trims, or branding solutions.

Employment Details

Employment Type: Full-Time

Salary: As per industry standards

Locations: Delhi, Chennai, Bangalore, Mumbai

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
