About the Role:
Looking for an experienced Area Sales Manager, South, to drive sales and retail operations in South for our soft furnishings category. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and team management, with a passion for home decor and interiors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve sales targets and expand market presence
  • Manage retail and distributor relationships
  • Lead, train, and monitor the regional sales team
  • Ensure in-store product visibility and brand standards
  • Conduct market analysis and report trends
  • Support promotional activities and customer satisfaction

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business/Marketing
  • 4+ years of relevant sales experience (home décor/soft furnishings preferred)
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
  • Travel within the region

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
