Qualifications

• Proven skills in territory management, channel development, and B2B sales within FMCG or food products.
• Strong abilities in negotiation, relationship building, and customer service to maintain and grow partner networks.
• Competence in sales forecasting, data analysis, and reporting using basic Excel or sales management tools.
• Knowledge of organic food, staples, spices, or related product categories is highly beneficial.
• Excellent communication skills in English and local languages, with the ability to present and close deals effectively.
• Self-motivated, target-driven approach with strong problem-solving and time management capabilities.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory and work from the field as required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred; relevant sales experience can substitute formal education.
• Prior experience as Area Sales Manager, Sales Officer, or similar role in Jaipur or Rajasthan market is an advantage.
