Area Sales Manager - internal hiring

• Ensure compliance with the technical process manual and established norms for the area, in alignment with approved guidelines.
• Regularly review and modify technical processes and procedures to ensure they are up to date and efficient.
• Review and update builder ratings across various locations.
• Perform periodic reviews of the Approved Property Framework (APF) and the Zone Base Master.
• Track and monitor all technical OTC (Over-the-Counter) and PDD (Post-Disbursement Documentation).
• Refer exceptional cases for opinion/decision to the Head of Technical whenever required.
• Empanel technical consultants and monitor their performance, including periodic review of reports.
• Recommend lists of approved, negative, and cautionary areas to the Corporate Office.
• Oversee and control the Cluster MIS (Management Information System).
• Monitor and ensure compliance with technical Turnaround Time (TAT).
• Prepare and maintain various reports, MIS, and databases, and send them to the Corporate Office.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
