Key Responsibilities

• Drive primary and secondary sales across the assigned territory and achieve sales targets.
• Manage and develop distributor relationships to strengthen market reach and distribution.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand distribution across Haryana.
• Improve retail outlet coverage, product availability, visibility and merchandising.
• Monitor sales team performance, beat plans and field productivity.
• Implement trade schemes, promotional activities and market development initiatives.
• Track competitor activity, market trends and sales performance.
• Manage sales forecasts, distributor inventory and outstanding payments.
• Build strong relationships with distributors, retailers and other channel partners.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 10 – 12 years of experience in FMCG sales, preferably in

  General Trade

  .
• Strong experience in distributor management, territory sales and secondary sales.
• Understanding of retail distribution, market expansion and channel development.
• Experience in consumer products will be an advantage.
• Experience managing field sales teams and driving sales targets.
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship management skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively across the assigned territory.
