Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Area Sales Manager with experience in Crusher Sales, RMC (Ready-Mix Concrete), and Construction Equipment Sales.

The candidate will be responsible for developing business across North India, building dealer and distributor networks, generating new sales opportunities, and achieving assigned sales targets.

Candidates with experience in stone crusher machinery, RMC plants, construction equipment, industrial sales, or related sectors are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage sales activities across assigned North India territories.
• Generate new business opportunities in crusher machinery, RMC, and construction equipment markets.
• Develop and maintain relationships with dealers, distributors, contractors, builders, and RMC plant operators.
• Identify potential customers, new markets, and business opportunities.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Conduct regular market visits and competitor analysis.
• Build and maintain a strong dealer and distributor network.
• Handle customer inquiries, sales negotiations, follow-ups, and order closures.
• Prepare sales reports and maintain customer records.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth sales execution and customer satisfaction.
• Travel across North India as required.

Eligibility Criteria

• 3–7 years of relevant sales experience preferred.
• Experience in crusher machinery, RMC, construction equipment, or related industrial sales.
• Knowledge of the construction industry and dealer networks.
• Ability to independently manage a sales territory and develop new business.
• Candidates currently working as Area Sales Managers, Territory Sales Managers, Sales Engineers, Business Development Managers, or Senior Sales Executives are welcome to apply.

Salary & Benefits

• Monthly salary: ₹15,000–₹30,000, depending on experience and suitability.
• Sales incentives and travel allowances, if applicable, will be discussed during the interview.
