WE ARE HIRING – AREA SALES MANAGER (ASM)

Company: RAM Antivirus Pvt. Ltd.
Position: Area Sales Manager (ASM)
Experience: 2–3 Years
Salary: ₹40,000 – ₹50,000 per month (depending on experience and skills)

Job Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for RAM Antivirus products.
• Develop and expand the dealer, distributor, and channel partner network within the assigned area.
• Promote RAM Antivirus, Internet Security, Total Security, and other company products.
• Identify new business opportunities and onboard new dealers and distributors.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing channel partners and generate regular sales.
• Conduct market visits, sales meetings, and product presentations.
• Submit regular sales reports and provide market feedback to management.
• Implement company sales strategies to increase market share and revenue.

Key Requirements

• 2–3 years of proven experience in sales and business development.
• Must have strong sales skills, target achievement experience, and the ability to generate sales for RAM Antivirus products.
• Experience in IT products, antivirus software, cybersecurity, or channel sales will be preferred.
• Good communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to develop dealer networks and consistently achieve assigned sales targets.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned area.
