Job Title: Area Sales Manager (ASM) – Human Division
Location: Gujarat & Mumbai
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month
Experience: 4–5 years
About the Role
We are looking for talented and experienced professionals for our Human & Veterinary Divisions. This opening is for Area Sales Manager in the Human Division, covering Gujarat and Mumbai.
Key Responsibilities
Drive sales and achieve monthly and quarterly targets in the assigned area
Handle and guide the sales team
Manage distributors and dealers
Develop new markets and grow business in the territory
Requirements
4–5 years of pharmaceutical sales experience
Team handling and leadership experience
Experience in distributor / dealer management
Good communication and negotiation skills
Target-oriented approach
Market development and sales growth experience
