Job Description: We are seeking an energetic and ambitious Salesman to join our team and help us expand our market presence across Himachal Pradesh. The role involves extensive travel within the state, building partnerships, and driving sales growth. This position is open to both experienced candidates and freshers who are eager to learn and grow in the sales field. Key Responsibilities: Travel extensively across Himachal Pradesh to identify and target new markets for medical supplies. Build and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, clinics, diagnostic centers, and other healthcare providers. Promote and sell Arian’s range of medical products to potential clients. Provide excellent customer service, addressing client inquiries and resolving issues. Regularly update management on market trends, competitor activity, and sales progress. Meet and exceed sales targets. Qualifications: Freshers are welcome to apply; prior experience in sales, especially in medical supplies or pharmaceuticals, is an advantage. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and willing to travel extensively. Ability to build and maintain professional relationships. Familiarity with Himachal Pradesh’s geography and markets is a plus. Minimum educational qualification: 12th pass or a graduate degree. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month Supplemental Pay: Yearly bonus Education: Bachelor's (Preferred) Experience: B2B sales: 2 years (Preferred) Language: English (Preferred) Willingness to travel: 75% (Required) Work Location: In person
