Job Description We are seeking a talented Architecture & Civil Designer to join our team, specializing in designing retail and commercial spaces. The ideal candidate should have a strong vision for spatial design, proficiency in 3D visualization, and the ability to create compelling first-cut and proposal designs. Key Responsibilities: Develop Architecture & Civil Designer and conceptual designs for commercial projects like factories, warehouses, and hotels. Create detailed AutoCAD drawings , including floor plans, elevations, and technical layouts. Design first-cut proposals based on client requirements and brand guidelines Work on layout planning and space optimization for efficient and aesthetic store designs. Collaborate with project managers, architects, and marketing teams to refine design concepts. Ensure material selection, lighting, and furniture placement align with the design vision. Present design proposals to clients and stakeholders with a clear, creative approach. Keep up with market trends and innovative retail design concepts. Requirements: Experience: 4 - 10 years in commercial space design. Software Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray, or equivalent design software. Creativity & Vision: Strong understanding of space planning, aesthetics, and brand identity. Attention to Detail: Ability to create detailed layouts and high-quality visual presentations. Communication: Strong presentation and interpersonal skills for client interactions. Preferred Qualifications: Degree/Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field . Prior experience in commercial is a plus.
