ARCHITECT PROFILE Years of Experience: 8-12 years Job Location:Lower parel west Mumbai, HO Reports to - Vice President (Pre-Construction Head) Job Responsibilities Managing design projects from concept development through completion. Design coordination with external consultants to integrate Architectural, Structural, PEB, MEP & Faade design. Design Coordination with internal teams Structure, MEP, Faade, Business, Leasing, Marketing and Liaison. Conduct weekly review meeting with all consultants to co-ordinate & resolve conflict area for fast driving project. Frequent site visits and meeting with site team to resolve all the queries at site. Timely management of Design deliverables as per project execution strategy. Requirement Degree in architecture. Previous experience in similar role. (at least 2 4 years Commercial/high rise/ Residential/Industrial/ Warehousing / Data Center Experience would be highly preferable) Having good drafting & presentation skill to prepare technical proposal for Clients. Excellent technical drawing skills. Proficiency in software programs - AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, Photoshop and sketch up. Knowledge of building codes and regulatory standards.(PMRDA, MIDC, UDCPR, EC, MPCB) Knowledge of Master planning, grading, and Infrastructure Services. Excellent creative and visualization skills.
